Shipping Policy

1)Shipping is free within the US. , Puerto Rico and Canada.
2) After your order has been paid, the warehouse will need 1-3 days to process it. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
3) In most cases, the package will be caught at the estimated arrival time. The current delivery date may be affected by flight delays, depending on weather conditions or other external factors. Please check the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
4) If your package has not been delivered or the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify this information within 45 days from the date of delivery. . Of the order. For other order issues, products and logistics-related issues, you must contact customer service within 90 days from the date of placing the order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy
We hope you liked what she ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the returns process super easy.
Most items sold on best-fashions.com can be returned, with some exceptions (see Non-Returnable Items below), within 30 days of purchase if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.

Return Requirements for Eligible Items
All items of clothing, including wedding dresses, suits and other formal attire:
Items must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered condition, with original tags and hygiene label (if applicable) intact.

Shoes, Bags and Luggage:
Items must be returned in new, unused, undamaged condition, with the original brand boxes and all accessories (e.g. shoe buckles, laces and dust bags). Shoes should only have been tried on a soft, clean surface

All other categories:
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered and unwashed, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

Quality control of returns
1. When a returned item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect and/or test it to ensure that it is eligible for return and meets the applicable return requirements listed above. If the item passes our quality check, we will issue a refund. If our inspection determines that the returned item is not eligible for return or does not meet the return requirements listed above, we will reject the return and refuse to issue a refund or credit.
If the returned item is refused, we will ship the item back to the same address as specified in the original order and deduct your return shipping fee from the refund amount of other returned item(s). in the same order, if any. Currently, the return fee for sending the rejected item to you is $14.99, and we reserve the right to adjust this fee.
2. In certain cases, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to offer a refund for the rejected item, rather than sending it back to you.
3. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact BEST FASHIONS Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.

Return Shipping Fee
The shipping fee has a cost. You must use the return label ("Return Label") that we provide (see the "Return Request Process" part below for more information), and then send the return package to us within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Refunds
1. Refunds will only be issued once an eligible return item has been received in our warehouses, postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date, and has passed our quality check.
2. For products returned in accordance with this Return Policy passing our quality check, refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of the return package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method or to your BEST-FASHION'S Wallet (according to what you have requested from us) for BEST-FASHION'S products; and to the original payment method, for products from External Sellers.
Unfortunately, due to transportation delays, an additional 3-5 days may be required to process the refund. We are thankful for your patience and understanding.
3. The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.
NOTE: If you have any problems with the return, you must contact Customer Service within 90 days from the date of purchase.
